Ordering
You can order via our secure online store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Alternatively you can place your order by phone by calling us on 08) 8281 6539 during office hours. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (Australian Central Standard Time.
Order Confirmation
After you place your order you will receive an email to confirm the details. This email is proof that we have received your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to let us know.

Order Processing
We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 2 business days, assuming payment has been received.
Orders paid for by direct deposit, cheques and money orders are not processed until payment is received.
Availability of Stock
We aim to have products in stock but supply is subject to availability. As we offer a wide selection of themes we may from time to time be out of stock or there may be a delay in expected delivery times from our suppliers.
In the event that we are out of stock of any product(s) we will do everything we can to fulfil your order before the date of your party. If we cannot get the product(s) in stock in time for your party we will contact you to advise you and to check if we can offer you alternatives or if you wish to delete the product(s) from your order.
Any additional products required after your order has been despatched will be treated as a new order.
Payment Methods
All orders must be pre-paid before despatch.
We accept payment by:
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa & American Express. There is a 4% surcharge for American Express. We do not accept Diners Club at the moment)
- Direct Deposit
- Cheque
- Money Order
If paying by direct deposit our banking details are included at the bottom of your confirmation email. Your order will be prcoessed and despatched once we have confirmed that the funds have cleared to our bank account.
Please make cheques and money orders payable to Fun For All P/L. After we deposit your cheque it will usually take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to be cleared to our bank account. Your order will be processed and despatched after your cheque has cleared.
Security
We are very careful about security so we manage credit card transactions through a secure site with encryption ensuring your credit card details are safe.
However, if you would prefer you are welcome to contact us by phone on (08) 8281 6539 with your credit card details.
Please never send us your credit card details by email.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you should send an email to orders@partytogo.com.au ASAP.
Standard Stock Lines
You can alter or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. If you cancel your order after it has been sent to Despatch a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total value of the goods pr $10.00 will apply.
Once the order has been despatched your order cannot be cancelled.
Special Orders
We are happy to order in stock for you that we do cannot carry as standard stock. However, once we have placed your order with our suppliers your order can not be cancelled. If you cancel before we have placed the order an admin fee of 15% of the total value of the goods or $10.00 will apply.
Returns
Party To Go prides itself on carefully selecting quality products so we are sure you will be happy with your order.
We will refund or exchange items if any item:
- provided by us has manufacturing defects or has been damaged in transit we will replace the item free of charge.
- you receive you believe it is not as described on our online store.please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.
In either case we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of your goods so we can discuss the problem and make arrangements for the return and replacement or refund of the item(s). When we receive the returned items we will forward replacement items or arrange for a refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you have changed your mind, no longer want the item or is in excess of your requirements (e.g. number of guests you were expecting did not attend your party).
Delivery
Party To Go delivers Australia wide and to most international destinations, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Within Australia
Most orders are sent in satchels with Fastway Couriers, Australian Air Express or Australia Post Express Post.
Orders that do not fit in a satchel or include a pinata or other oversized item are sent by Australia Post Registered Post. There is usually a surcharge for orders sent by Registered Post. We will contact you to approve the surcharge before your order is despatched.
We do not deliver to P O Boxes unless by prior arrangement. If you wish to have your order delivered to a P O Box please contact us by phone on (08) 8281 6539 to arrange this.
Delivery times vary according to the delivery method and your location. Once your order is despatched please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery to a capital city and longer for delivery to regional areas. Remote locations may take up to 10 working days but most orders will be received within 4 to 6 working days.
If you require your order more quickly than the estimated times shown above please let us know and we will make every effort to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee any estimated delivery time. Once your order is despatched Party To Go has no control over the delivery. We do not accept responsibility, offer refunds or accept returns for delayed or late deliveries.
Party To Go reserves the right to select the method of delivery to ensure your order arrives prior to the scheduled date of your event.
Fastway Couriers
Orders sent by Fastway Couriers are sent in satchels.
If no one is going to be available to sign for the parcel you can give your authority for the parcel to be left or you can use a different shipping address, such as work, a neighbour or family member. Without an Authority to Leave the courier will leave a card and you will then need to contact them to make an alternative delivery arrangement. Couriers usually charge a re-delivery fee.
If you would like your parcel left please include a note in the Comments section at checkout.
Australia Air Express
Orders sent with Australian Air Express are sent in satchels.
If no one is going to be available to sign for the parcel you can give your authority for the parcel to be left or you can use a different shipping address, such as work, a neighbour or family member. Australia Post Express Post
Orders over 500 grams sent by Express Post are sent in satchels. Orders under 500 grams are sent in a satchel, envelope or small box.
If there is no-one home a card should be left for you with instructions to collect your order from your local post office.

Australia Post Registered Post
Orders sent by registered post must be signed for.

International Orders
Please allow 5 business day for order processing for international orders.
All International orders are sent by Australia Post. We will determine the best postage rate to suit the size of your order and the date that you require the goods.
A quote for postage and insurance will be provided to you for approval. The quote will also include an estimate of the delivery time based on information provided by Australia Post.
Party To Go cannot guarantee any estimate of a delivery time by Australia Post. We do not accept responsibility, offer refunds or accept returns for delayed or late deliveries
In the event that an order weighs over 20kg, measures more than 144cm in diameter and/or is outside the international delivery area for Australia Post you will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements. We do not deliver to P O Boxes in overseas countries.
Overseas orders are despatched only after we receive confirmation from you by email that you accept the delivery and insurance charges as quoted.
Customs and import duties will be charged to the customer once the order arrives at the destination country. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact the relevant Government department regarding import restrictions and charges.
Our use of Australia Post as our preferred carrier for international orders is subject to change at any time without notice.
